Those who live in urban environments know that there's no such thing as car stereo ownership. We merely rent the devices until they are stolen. It doesn't matter where you park, or if your car stereo has a removable faceplate.

Which sounds like a better way to make the roads safer: rescind drivers licenses from people who are very old and have failing vision, or create a fancy system with lasers to allow them to keep driving.
